Additionally, her uncle, Isaiah “Zay” Rock, a seasoned producer, lent a valuable perspective to the creative process, having worked with various recording artists. Inspired by the trailblazing careers of Amber Grimes and Nicole Wyskoarko, Jalyn found a guiding light in her aspirations within the music business. What I Do
Aside from being a great addition to Team Lecrae as an Executive Assistant to both Lecrae and Flex, Jalyn’s capabilities exceed what her former position required of her on a day-to-day basis. Jalyn is acutely aware of the disparities in the distribution of wealth within the industry. Despite the overall growth in revenue, she recognizes the ongoing struggle for individual creatives to receive fair compensation and support. Hence, the influx in independent artists in comparison to signed.
