JALYN F. ROBINSON

is a music industry professional with a proven track record of providing high-level operational, creative, and strategic support across artist, label, and executive teams. She began her career as Executive Assistant to 4x GRAMMY® Award-winning artist and label executive Lecrae and his longtime manager, Boyd “Flex” Bowman, where she managed complex schedules, coordinated communication across internal and external stakeholders, and ensured the seamless execution of both personal and professional priorities.

In close collaboration with the Reach Records team, Jalyn also supported artists and projects from concept to release—assisting in the early development of albums and singles, contributing to rollout planning, and helping translate creative vision into cohesive, audience-ready execution. Known for her ability to synthesize information, ask the right questions, and anticipate needs, she played a key role in helping artists and teams bring ideas to life with clarity and intention.

Today, Jalyn serves as the sole A&R & Operations Coordinator supporting both Motown Gospel and TAMLA under Capitol Christian Music Group (Universal Music Group). In a dual-label structure where coordinator responsibilities are typically distributed across multiple departments, she uniquely supports all functions across both labels, operating as a central point of execution between internal A&R and marketing teams and CCMG’s digital marketing and creative departments.

She provides direct administrative and operational support to three senior executives, managing complex calendars, executive travel, and expense reporting, while independently handling all artist and executive travel bookings across both rosters. In addition, Jalyn oversees all invoicing and financial processing for both labels, coordinating vendors, purchase orders, and expense reconciliation with precision and discretion.

Positioned at the intersection of A&R, marketing, creative, finance, and executive operations, Jalyn plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the infrastructure that allows creative teams to operate efficiently and projects to move forward seamlessly. Blending creativity with structure, she is known for bringing organization to vision and strategy to execution—serving as a trusted connector who helps ideas evolve into impactful, well-executed releases.
